The High Performance Teaming Challenge cycle consists of four stages: Test, Exercise, Debrief, and Educate, spread across three sessions that foster continuous progress and learning. This cycle enables teams to engage in practical activities that challenge their collaboration and problem-solving skills, promoting growth over time.
Who guides us through the challenge?
The experience is guided by facilitators in collaboration with the Centro de Psicologia Aplicada do Exército (CPAE). They observe team behaviors closely and provide detailed feedback on how your team’s culture impacts collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
