This masterclass will build on the findings of the WMAF 2024 and show how the fastest growing firms of all sizes are detecting and responding to change, moving steadily more nimbly, operating more efficiently, innovating more quickly, attracting more talent, and mobilizing more resources.
In this highly interactive workshop, participants will work together to understand how, in the world’s fastest-growing organizations of all sizes:
- Mindsets, human values, and culture are driving methods, processes, tools, and frameworks, rather than vice versa.
- A new spirit of innovation and value creation for customers and society can be given priority over short-term profits.
- An increasingly high degree of leadership and autonomy can be accorded to all., with the best young minds being mobilized to create the future.
- Steep hierarchies of authority can be replaced with horizontal networks of competence.
- Technology and technologies such as AI can be deployed for human-centered goals.
- Outcomes for all stakeholders can be given priority over outputs, with profits being the result, not the goal.
Participants will discuss how and why many organizations have yet to make much progress in these directions and what can be done to make progress.
Participants will work together with other participants to develop an action plan and timeline for their own organization.

Steve Denning is the author of six successful business books on leadership, leadership storytelling, and management, as well as a novel and a volume of poems. He has written renowned books such as The Age of Agile, The Leader’s Guide to Radical Management & Reinventing Capitalism in the Digital Age. Andrew Holm is the co-owner and director of Matt Black Systems Limited, a company specialist in the design and manufacture of man-machine interfaces for land, sea and air applications. Since founding in 1971, we have developed an extensive range of integrated products across a multitude of industries, including Aerospace; Defence; Security and Simulation for both the military and commercial sectors.
Mark Béliczky is the former President and CEO of ProHome Holdings, LLC. He has held executive roles at The Carlyle Group, PepsiCo, UBS, Citigroup, and Sunrise Senior Living, and founded Salus Sciences, LLC. Mark has extensive experience in business start-ups, turnarounds, and mergers. He is a Fellow and Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute in London, and a Fellow at the Strategic Management Forum. Mark holds an MBA from Loyola University, has taught at several universities, and authored over 70 articles on leadership. He is also an Associate of the Peter Drucker Society Europe.
