What we are looking for

Organizations that embody the Agile mindset and embrace Agile ways of working with their clients in both the short and the long term. Services must be delivered via Agile methods with strong involvement from the customer side, resulting in an enduring legacy and the ability/capacity of the client to successfully drive internal Agile transformation.

Evidence required

  • High-level description of the specific solution or approach

  • Customer testimonial or reference

  • Relevant OKRs or metrics relating to the client performance (market, operations, or culture) post-transformation.
